Sustainable Commitment: Innovation and Responsibility in the Plastics Industry
At our company, we are deeply committed to sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of our operations. We understand that our success is measured not only by economic benefits, but also by our ability to leave a positive legacy for future generations. Therefore, we consider all our sustainability initiatives a strategic investment that reinforces our corporate responsibility.

Compliance with International Regulations and Certifications

We ensure strict compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations. We have also implemented FSSC 22000 certification, a management standard that covers our entire value chain. This certification not only guarantees safety and quality in our processes but also allows us to train our people in best practices, minimizing the risk of errors and ensuring a constant commitment to the environment.

Operational and Energy Efficiency

As part of our sustainability policies, we are continuously optimizing our use of resources. We have replaced all our lighting with energy-efficient LED technology and modernized our HVAC systems with highly energy-efficient equipment, significantly reducing our electricity consumption and carbon footprint.
Regarding water use, we implemented a closed-loop system at our plant that allows us to reuse water and minimize extraction from natural sources, contributing to the preservation of this essential resource.
Furthermore, 50% of the energy we purchase now comes from renewable sources, and we have installed solar panels that will power the lighting in our offices, taking another step toward energy self-sufficiency.

Cutting-Edge Technology for Cleaner Production

We have begun replacing our hydraulic and hybrid injection molding machines with 100% electric equipment. These new machines consume less energy, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and generate fewer polluting emissions. This contributes to reducing noise, heat loss, and the need for cooling, while also minimizing the potential for contamination of our products.

Responsibility in the Use of Plastics and the Circular Economy

We are aware of the challenges that the use of plastics poses to the environment. Therefore, we have adopted a comprehensive approach to the circular economy:

-
We manufacture 100% recyclable products and have implemented the "Zero Pellet Loss" program, preventing pellets from entering the environment through sewage and storm drains.
-
The boxes we use to package our products are made of recycled cardboard.
-
All plastic waste, cardboard boxes, pallets, and plastic bags generated, are sent to recyclers who reuse them as raw material for other products
-
We actively work to find more sustainable materials and offer our customers alternatives to reduce the environmental impact of our products.
-
We have implemented a waste separation program in our offices, fostering an organizational culture of recycling and responsibility.
Innovation and Active Participation

We are active members of the Argentine Chamber of the Plastics Industry (CAIP), part of Ecoplas (www.ecoplas.org.ar), whose purpose is: “To promote the sustainable development of plastics in a circular economy to contribute to environmental protection and society's quality of life.”
We are members of EcoVadis, a sustainability ratings provider that helps companies manage ESG risks, improve their performance, and reduce their environmental impact.
We are also members of SEDEX, a platform that allows companies to manage ethical, labor, and environmental risks in their supply chain, promoting transparency and compliance with international standards.
With these actions, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the constant search for solutions that minimize our impact on the planet.
